Stop answering the same email twice.

Write down what you'd normally say: delivery times, prices, opening hours, your returns policy. Panda answers the questions those notes cover, signed with your name, and waits five minutes before sending so you can stop it.

  • Only from your notes

If the answer isn't in what you wrote, nothing goes out on its own. You get a draft with the gap marked.

  • You pick what it answers

Switch it on per kind of message: order questions yes, refunds no.

  • Urgent or unclear comes to you

Panda doesn't answer anything urgent, or anything it isn't sure about.

  • Reads like you wrote it

Short, about their message, no "I hope this email finds you well". A reply that still sounds like a bot stays a draft.

Know what they want before you open it.

Panda reads each message once, when it arrives, and sends the leads straight to whoever should have them. The original is always right under the summary.

  1. 1

    One line in the list

Instead of the first line of a long message.

  2. 2

An intent, and how sure it is

Sales, support, billing or your own. Under 60% sure, it asks you to confirm.

  3. 3

    Only facts the sender wrote

Team size, budget, deadline, order number. If they didn't say it, it isn't there.

  4. 4

    Forwarded on arrival

Sales leads to your sales address, invoices to your accountant, or wherever each kind of message should go.

What she wrote

“Hi, we're a 40-agent support team in healthcare, so HIPAA and SSO are a must. Budget is about $20k/yr. Could we see a demo before our budget review on Friday?”

Use it for more than the contact form.

Every form or email address you point here gets its own intents and its own routing. Pick one to see what Panda does with it.

Buyers go to the top with the budget and deadline pulled out, and reach your sales team before anyone else reads them.

Sort mail the way you'd sort it yourself.

Write each kind of message as a name and one sentence, the way you'd explain it to someone new. Panda sorts every message by them and says how sure it is.

Up to 12 of your own. Preview a change on your last 20 messages before you save it.

Install it with one sentence.

Tell your AI builder to add a form using inboxpanda.io/llms.txt, or paste the HTML yourself. Your design stays yours, with no SDK or API key.

  1. 1

    Ask your AI builder

Lovable, v0, Bolt and Cursor read llms.txt and wire the form up.

  2. 2

Click the link we email you

Your inbox opens. Nothing is emailed to you until you do.

  3. 3

    Write your notes

Then choose which kinds of message Panda answers on its own.

Questions

Is InboxPanda free?

Yes. Free gets 250 messages a month with the spam filter, labels and summaries, automatic forwarding, email notifications, Slack, webhooks and the daily summary, plus 10 drafted replies a month when you click Write with AI. No credit card. Pro ($19 a month) adds 10,000 messages and 1,000 AI replies: every message drafted as it arrives, answers sent from your notes, the AI weekly digest and sending from your own domain. Business ($59) raises that to 20,000 messages, 3,000 replies, 5 team members and a 99.9% SLA.

Do I need a developer?

No. Tell Lovable, v0, Bolt or Cursor to add a contact form using inboxpanda.io/llms.txt, or paste one HTML form yourself. It also works with Webflow, Framer, WordPress, React, Next.js and plain HTML, with no SDK or API key.

Will Panda email my customers without asking me?

Only on Pro and Business, only for the kinds of message you switch on, and only when your notes answer the question. Each answer waits five minutes so you can stop it. Anything urgent, anything it isn't sure about and anything your notes don't cover waits for you as a draft instead.

Will the replies sound like a bot?

They're written the way a person at a small business answers: short, about their message, signed with your name, and without the stock phrases like "I hope this email finds you well". A reply that still reads as generated stays a draft for you to fix.

What does Panda do with each message?

Panda is InboxPanda's assistant, built on Claude by Anthropic. It reads each message once, when it arrives. It labels it with one of your intents, writes one line for the list and a short summary, pulls out the facts the sender stated, forwards it if that intent has a forwarding address, and on Pro writes the reply. You can change the label in one click.

Is it only for contact forms?

No. Support requests, job applications with CVs, order questions, product feedback and client sites (if you're an agency) all work the same way. Start from a template for your use case or write your own intents, and give each form its own list if they serve different businesses.

Can I forward an email address to it?

Yes. Every claimed form gets its own address. Set the email address customers already write to (say support@yourshop.com or jobs@yourshop.com) to forward there, and each email is sorted, forwarded and answered like a form submission. Attachments up to 4 MB come along.

Can people attach files?

Yes. Add a file input (or a File upload field on the hosted page) and senders can attach PDFs, Word documents, text files and images, up to 4 MB per submission. Files are deleted with their submission.

I already use Tally, Typeform or Webflow forms.

Keep them. Point their webhook at your endpoint: answers arrive labeled by question and get the same spam filtering, forwarding and replies.

How does spam filtering work?

Cheap checks run first: a hidden honeypot field, link counts and disposable email domains. Panda reads whatever gets past them. Confident spam goes to your Spam folder with the reason and is never emailed to you or answered. Mark anything as not spam in one click.

Do you train AI models on my messages?

No. Messages are only used to sort, summarize and reply for you.

My endpoint is public. Can someone abuse it?

Every endpoint has per-IP rate limits, a monthly quota and the spam filter in front of your inbox. Panda answers the same address at most twice a day, and forms that haven't been claimed never send email.

Try it on your own form.

Enter your email, or ask your AI builder to add it. Then send yourself a test and watch it get handled.
